By creating an account or using the Website Heroes platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Website Heroes is a white-label, AI-powered website platform. It lets agencies and businesses generate, edit, host, and manage websites using AI, and publish them under their own brand and domains. We provide the underlying software, AI orchestration, hosting, and related tooling. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You own the websites, content, copy, images, and data you create or upload using the Service ("Customer Content"). We claim no ownership of your Customer Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and provide the Service.
You can export or download your sites as clean static files at any time. We do not hold your work hostage — there is no lock-in.
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and removal of offending content.
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including AI providers such as Anthropic, payment processing via Stripe, and domain registrars. In many cases you bring your own keys, accounts, and credentials (for example, your own Anthropic API key, your own Stripe account, and your own domains). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or any charges they impose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or suitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Website Heroes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we encourage you to export your sites beforehand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
