We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to process payments; to communicate with you about your account and important changes; to provide support; and to detect and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
When you generate or edit a site, your prompts and related content are processed by an AI provider to produce output. Depending on your configuration, this may run through your own Anthropic API key or through our managed AI provider. We send only what is needed to fulfill your request, and AI processing is governed by the provider's terms and privacy practices.
We keep tracking to a minimum. We use only the cookies necessary to keep you logged in and to operate the application, plus limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand product usage. Importantly, the websites you generate ship with no third-party trackers by default — your clients' visitors are not surveilled out of the box.
We share data only with the service providers ("processors") needed to run the platform, and only to the extent required to provide the Service. These include:

We retain your account information and Customer Content for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we retain limited information as required for legal, accounting, and security purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of your data directly in the app, including exporting your sites. To make a request, contact us.
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe and to respond quickly to any incidents.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
